Dr. Choudhary has three decades of experience in the fields of Media & Health Communication. Dr. Choudhary made many Community Radio Stations in jungles and tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh, for Tribal Development. He is also a well-known social worker and has carried out several prestigious projects related to women and child development, health, education and culture on a nationwide basis. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering, master’s & PhD in journalism & mass communication.
His stint in tribal regions drew his attention on the pathetic state of menstrual hygiene and associated infections in the country, resulting in providing low-cost high-quality sanitary pads for the poor. Since more than a decade, he has been breaking taboos and holding free seminars on menstrual hygiene and associated infections and has also been distributing free sanitary pads to the rural. He is also into esoteric spirituality and conducts workshops on subjects like Death, Tantra, Metaphysics etc.
With more than three decades of experience and expertise in conceptualizing and managing a wide array of businesses, Mr. Jain has received various awards for entrepreneurship. He also has keen interest in social work and has always been contributing towards the larger humanitarian interests. With rich cross-sectional experience across real estate, steel, commodities, travel & tourism and hospitality, he has been associated with the RTS Lifecare India Pvt. Ltd. since its inception as a founder Director. He is managing overall working of the Company and heads the finance, production and logistics departments.
A versatile personality, Mr. Shrivastava has almost 25 years of experience across media, real estate, organic farming, cattle farming, social & religious work. His inimitable style of leadership combined with his sharp focus on customer experience has helped various organizations to emerge as leading solutions providers. His extensive experience in building business, start-ups, turnarounds & joint ventures led him as a founder Director with RTS Lifecare India Pvt. Ltd. Apart from enjoying sports & traveling, he has always keenly involved himself in mentoring budding professionals.
Shirish was also an integral part of team responsible for planning & implementation of Community Radio Stations in the tribal regions of MP, for tribal welfare. He also ushered a “No chemical farming Campaign” across the state. He has also been organizing & conducting seminars and trainings on diverse subjects like ‘Organic farming’ and ‘Menstrual Hygiene’ in the tribal and rural belt of Madhya Pradesh. Apart from overall management of the business he heads the planning, marketing and CSR for our Company.
Mr. Khan has been associated with RTS Lifecare India Pvt. Ltd. since inception. A humble being, Mr. Khan with over 30 years of rich experience in production & purchase in sectors like agriculture, fertilizers and FMCG, looks after production, procurement and quality control.
Mr. Gupta has been associated with RTS Lifecare India Pvt. Ltd. since inception. A dynamic person, Mr. Gupta looks after overall administration, HR, IT and business development. He holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering-IT and has a profound experience of almost a decade. He has been instrumental in conducting free seminars and camps on ‘menstrual hygiene & associated vaginal infections’ across the state.
Mr. Shrivastava has been associated with RTS Lifecare India Pvt. Ltd. since inception. With a MBA in Marketing & Business Development and over 15 years of rigorous on-field experience, Mr. Shrivastava handles sales, marketing and business development for the company.
